Every Thursday night, a dedicated group of Earth 2 fans gather in the America On-Line chat room known only as TGBG - or The Grendler Bar and Grille. The Grendler Bar and Grille is the first (and only) watering hole for the inhabitants of planet G889. People may come and go, but the infamous Grendler Bar and Grille remains a fixture in E2 fandom. So, check your MagPros at the door, belly up to the bar, and order yourself up one of our specialty drinks:

Mint Julia

A traditional southern drink from Earth 1, skewed a bit for Earth 2. A few drops of DNA gives this drink a special buzz. CAUTION: May cause memory blackouts.

Alonzo's Dream

Smooth, dark, and strong Puerto Rican Rum and Coke. Served with a broken swizzle stick.

Danziger's Boiler Maker

Shot of Bennett's, recently discovered, private stock 100 yr old whiskey, followed by a mug of our famous 889 beer, known for its good body and golden head. Sure to put a light in your eyes.

Fridge-Adair

Rich, beautiful, and full-bodied, our famous house wine is kept in cold storage to preserve its full flavor.

Have a schapps and get paranoid. Comes with a oversize coaster which reads "I'm locked in the TransRover and I won't come out." Can be used as a suncreen/windshield distress message.

Sake

Favorite drink of all 889's punch drunk champs. Served in scenes such as: Julia (left cross) Heller to Devon - The Enemy Within. Danz's (short right chop) to 'Lonz - Brave New Pacifica. 'Lonz and Danz - Slugfest 889 - After the Thaw. And the famous male/female tag-team free-for-all of Alonzo, Julia and Danz - Survival of the Fittest.

V. Latham's Port Wine

Not any old port in the storm wine. The Latham Family Vineyards pick only the choicest "Grapes of Wrath" which are TransRovered the same day to cool underground Terrian caves. There they are crushed in huge vats in the ancient tradition of winemaking by bare-foot Grendler maidens to insure mouth drooling perfection.
