Even that madman Crais has more females after him than Rygel does! So, he appointed his loyal subject, Maryland J. Koba of Planet G889, to remedy that situation. And so, MJK created the Rygel Estrogen Brigade! The Rygel Estrogen Brigade's mission is to satisfy all of you females - Hynerian and otherwise - who wish to join with His Eminence in conjugal relations. Why would a female wish to become one of Rygel's many concubines? His amazing sexual prowess, of course! He's admittedly not a body breeder, but His Highness is willing to make an exception for any humanoid females - especially rebellious, young Nebari females.
